You can return most items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
Just send us a message via @espeecartonline and log in your request.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items can't be returned:
Perishable goods (food, groceries).
Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, undergarments)
Digital/downloadable products.
Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 – 10 business days.
Refunds are sent as Espees wallet credit or Espees Store Credit (vouchers to the tune of Espees spent - our faster option)
Please note: Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Want a different size or color? You can request an exchange if the item is in stock.
If it’s unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or Espees store credit.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 24 hours with a photo or video to @espeecartonline on KingsChat.
We’ll cover the return cost and send you a replacement or full refund.
Some of our vendors may have special return rules. We will always show these clearly on the product page before you order.
